My journey with yoga began over 20 years ago, thanks to a friend who needed a “practice” client. With a background in fitness and nutrition, I had no idea what to expect—but I quickly fell in love. Yoga offered a unique blend of movement, mobility, and mental clarity that drew me in completely. After a weightlifting injury nearly eight years ago, yoga became my path to recovery. Within nine months, I was not only healing but also ran my first half marathon. That experience inspired me to share yoga with others, and soon after, I completed my 200-hour teacher training. Since then, I’ve added my 500-hour RYT certification and am currently training as a yoga therapist.
Along the way, I’ve dived into other wellness practices like integrative nutrition health coaching, sound therapy, pranayama breathwork, personal training, and massage therapy. As a licensed cosmetologist, too, I bring a multi-layered approach to support your health and wellness goals.
